PARCOURS
Month 1
KICK-OFF
Your tribe is invited for a kick-off session. You’ll receive more information about the program and target races. Our program is designed to be inspirational both on an athletic and a business level, so we will invite our first keynote speaker during this session.
TESTING & INTAKE
At the start of your PARCOURS, we perform a series of tests to determine your current shape. We map the most important physical parameters towards your goal (FTP- , lactate- or VO2-max test, optional DEXA-scan and bike fit). We determine how much time each participant can spend training, to ensure a balance between training, professional- and family life. Finally, the target races of your group are selected.
Month 2-5
TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING
Every athlete is different, just like every professional is as well. As keen endurance athletes and experienced professionals, our coaches realise this all too well. That is why we choose tailor-made coaching with individual training schedules. We strive for a balanced schedule that helps you improve your fitness on a way that feels right in combination with your professional and family duties.
CHECK-IN
Every two weeks, we check in with our participants and discuss their individual progress.
KEYNOTES & NETWORKING
We organise 3 networking moments where we provide a mix of inspiring speakers from the sports- and business world and professional networking. Our aim is to create a group of peers that can openly discuss their business- and sportive challenges over a healthy lunch or breakfast or during collective trainings.
Month 6
RACE DAY
Every participant will receive an in-depth pre-race briefing. On race day, our coaches will be there to provide personal guidance. We unburden our participants as much as possible so they can focus on their race and 100% enjoy the achievement of their goal. Our media team will be there to ensure lasting memories.
CELEBRATE
Our post-race celebration dinner allows your group to close your PARCOURS and look back at your achievements.
Post-program
OPEN NETWORK
Every participant of PARCOURS is free to join our open networking sessions after participation. We want to stimulate long lasting connections and truly believe in the connective power of shared (sportive) experiences.
